Returns and Refunds

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving the order, without needing to provide any reason, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

• Complete with all included accessories

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or not compliant with the order.

Once the product has been received and verified, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
